To register your child in one of our Programs, please make a payment which can be remitted through PayPal, Visa or Master Card following the completion of this registration form. Note that you can remit payments with your debit/credit card through PayPal without actually having a PayPal account. The rest of the course payment will be paid at the Math Education Center.
If you do not wish to pay through PayPal, please contact the MEC to arrange your payment.
